Հուլիսի 18-ին bizprotect.am կայքի միջոցով դիմում էր ստացվել այն մասին, որ ՊԵԿ-ի քաղաքացիներին սպասարկման համար նախատեսված հեռախոսահամարն իրականում չի աշխատում․
«Վերջերս մի հեռախոսահամար էին տարածել, որի միջոցով պիտի կարողանայինք մեքենայի մաքսազերծման գնի չափի մասին տեղեկություններ ստանալ, բայց, ցավոք, մի քանի օր է՝ ոչ մեկ չի պատասխանում զանգերին: 060 547304 սա այդ հեռախոսահամարն է, որն iravaban.net- ով տարածվել է»,- նշել էր քաղաքացին:
Նշենք, որ հուլիսի 7-ին ընդունվել է «Ազդարարման համակարգի մասին» ՀՀ օրենքը, որով նախատեսված է անանուն ահազանգման հարթակի ստեղծումը 2018թ.-ին: Սակայն, «Փաստերի վրա հիմնված բարեփոխումների ջատագովություն» ծրագրի շրջանակներում արդեն իսկ ստեղծվել է Bizprotect.am կայքը, որը ազդարարման հարթակ է` ուղղված բիզնես ոլորտի գործունեությանը խոչընդոտող ցանկացած հարցերի, ռիսկերի և խնդիրներին, ներառյալ` կոռուպցիոն: Սույն կայքը նաև անանուն ահազանգներ ներկայացնելու հնարավորություն է ընձեռում: Այդ ահազանգերի իսկությունը ստուգելու և դրանց լուծումներ տալու համար ձեռնարկվում են համապատասխան քայլեր:
Ծրագրի իրավաբան Մարիամ Զադոյանը նշեց, որ ահազանգը ստանալուց հետո փորձել են կապվել այդ հեռախոսահամարով, սակայն զանգերին իսկապես պատասխանող չի եղել: Այնուհետև խնդրի վերաբերյալ գրություն է ուղարկվել Պետական եկամուտների կոմիտեի նախագահին։
Այս գրությանն ի պատասխան ՊԵԿ նախագահի առաջին տեղակալ Ս․ Ավետիքյանը պատասխանել է․
«Տեղեկացնում ենք, որ ավտոմեքենաների մաքսազերծման գնի չափերի մասին տեղեկատվության ստացման նպատակով գրությամբ ներկայացված 060 54 73 04 հեռախոսահամարի հետ կապված ահազանգի ուսումնասիրության արդյունքում պարզվել է, որ նշված հեռախոսահամարը, որը նախատեսված է քաղաքացիների սպասարկման համար, հուլիսի 15-ից մինչև օգոստոսի 7-ը հեռախոսազանգեր չի ստացել՝ տեխնիկական անսարքության պատճառով, որը ներկայումս վերացվել է»։
Նշենք, որ Գերմանիայի միջազգային համագործակցության ընկերության ֆինանսավորմամբ գործարկվող «Փաստերի վրա հիմնված բարեփոխումների ջատագովություն» ծրագիրն իրականացվում է Ինֆորմացիոն տեխնոլոգիաների ձեռնարկությունների միության, Իրավաբանների հայկական ասոցիացիայի և Եվրոպական բիզնես ասոցիացիայի հետ համատեղ կոնսորցիումի հետ համագործակցությամբ: Ծրագրի նպատակներից մեկը բիզնես ոլորտի կոռուպցիոն ռիսկերի հատկորոշումն է՝ իրավիճակը գնահատելու և համապատասխան բարեփոխումների առաջարկներ մշակելու համար:
